Our years of culinary experience, business management, and event planning enable us to tailor a menu to fit your needs with creative flair and attention to detail. Our banquet program offers a variety of options from hors d’oeuvres, boxed lunches, buffet and stations, to plated dinners and bartending service.

We have developed relationships with a network of local venues, many of which have designated us a preferred caterer for their facilities. The Chenault Vineyards Restaurant, a full service restaurant in Madison County Country Side, is also available for scheduled private events. We would be happy to help you select a suitable venue for your event, whether it’s a wedding, rehearsal dinner, business meeting, charity event, or social gathering. We can accommodate various size events and dietary
requests.

CORPORATE CATERING

We have flexible staff and delicious menus to fit every event, and we provide a wide array of food to suit any crowd. Corporate picnics, employee appreciations, Christmas parties – we can work with you. We serve Richmond and surrounding counties.

AUDIO / VISUAL EQUIPMENT

  • Video: we have multiple flatscreen televisions / monitors throughout to display slideshows and other needed content.

  • Audio: we have wired mics, amplifier, powered speakers, and mixer for your conference or event

  • Lighting:  we have variant LED overhead lighting for various types of events

BAR SERVICE

  • Presentation – Multiple options available including table side and butler-passed service and full bar setups with licensed bartenders
  • Host Bar – Guests select their choice and the host is billed upon consumption. Welcome Center only.
  • Cash Bar – Guests select their choice and pay for their own drinks. All Cash Bar prices sales tax and service charge.
  • Split Bar – Bar service may be split between Host/Cash. (Example: Host pays for beer / wine consumption while guest pay for all cocktails.)
  • Open Bar – Guests select their choice and the host is billed based on guest count and event length.

LINENS

A variety of linens are available for an additional charge. We will need your selection at least ten (10) days in advance to ensure delivery.

POLICIES

  • Pricing, Service Charge, & Gratuities:  All prices listed are the base price, not including 6% sales tax and 15% service charge. Service charge includes delivery, setup and disposal. A customary 20% gratuity will be added to your food and beverage total. Cash bar is excluded from automatic gratuity.
  • Deposits & Billing:  To guarantee your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required. This amount will be applied to your final bill, which will be prepared following the event.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations less than seven days prior to the event will be charged in full.
  • Guarantees: A confirmed guest count is due seven (7) days prior to the event. Once given, this guarantee number cannot be reduced. If the guarantee is not received, the original estimated count will be used.
  • Property Damage and /or Additional Clean-up: We are not responsible for damage to or loss of personal property belonging to an event holder or guests at a private party. The Individuals hosting the event are responsible for any damage to the venue.

This is your event, so our Event Coordination Staff are here to have your day run as smoothly and easily as possible, from the planning process to the day of the event. So, if you need an event coordinator, our team will be happy to organize your event or you can choose an outside coordinator.

If you’ll be using an outside event coordinator, we’ll need them to sign a list of duties and our rules and regulations acknowledging they understand their responsibilities to you and Chenault Vineyards. The event coordinator needs to meet with Chenault Vineyards and the party host at the 60 day prior to the wedding meeting.
