Join us for our Vintners Select Wine Pairing Dinner – an exclusive evening with our Wine Makers and Executive Chef’s culinary creations. The Wine Makers will discuss each of the featured wines, how they are made, and answer your questions. With each glass of wine will be served a delicious food pairing, expertly crafted by our Executive Chef and culinary team to match the palette of the wine and provide you with an unforgettable evening.

First Course: Rouge paired with French Onion Soup Au Gratin
Second Course: Blanc paired with Escargot in Baked Brie
Third Course: Flower Shop Rosé paired with French Endive with Toasted Walnuts, Raspberries, and Herbal Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
Fourth Course: Cabernet Franc paired with Beef Bourguignon with Whipped Potatoes and Steamed Asparagus
Fifth Course: Rebecca’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Chocolate Mousse
